It is very important to us at Midwest 3 on 3 that we provide you with an experience that is a good value for your money. We want the participants to have a safe and fun learning environment. When we receive constructive critcism, we listen and respond to it. We are continually working on ways to improve what we are doing.
 
Keep in mind that we run our events as fundraisers for various sports programs. We often use volunteers to ref and run the sites. All of our refs will have completed a training program, however they are generally not 'real' refs and will be learning and improving as they go. We are working very hard to make sure that we hire people who make our leagues and tournaments a great experience for parents and players. We have implemented a new reward program for our refs. If you have a ref that provides a great experience for you - maybe they maintained control in a physical game or provided players with some instruction or positive feedback and just made it fun for the participants - LET US KNOW and they will earn bonuses. We want to incent our great refs to keep working hard.
 
We will need to validate the positive feedback. Please provide us the Date, Location, Your Team Number and the Ref's name along with exactly what they did that made for a great experience. They will receive a copy of your compliments as well as have a chance to earn a bonus.
